   Mizan has no Moka recipe yet. Here's how to brew with the pot.

   Fill the base with hot water, up to the valve.

   Grind fine, finer than table salt. Level the basket, about 15 g for a three-cup pot. Don't tamp.

   Set it on low heat, lid open. No bloom needed.

   When it gurgles and sputters, take it off the heat.

   Cool the base under cold water to stop the brew.
